We got a call from an unknown number who left a message on my husband’s phone. Threatening to take him to court or the police would serve him papers. About a supposed debt we had not paid back in 2008. They said that it was in Melbourne, Arkansas. I have no recollection of this supposed debt. My husband paid over the phone anyway. Now we think it is a scam and would like our 1,038.00 back if it is a scam.
