Type of a scam Employment
Someone contacted me via email and told me they received my resume on Job board and that I qualified for their position. I was told to download google hangout to contact a lady named Karen Baker, which is the HR Manager. After downloading and going through the interview process, I was told they would be mailing me a check in order to purchase necessary materials & software to get my job done. However, I was smart enough to actually do my research on this company before giving out my pets Information. I have yet to receive the check but I’m sure it will be fake and I know they’ll want me to deposit it into my personal bank account but little do they know I’m already ahead of this SCAM! Be careful people. There are millions of ways to get scammed nowadays.
