I have received 4 calls in the last 5 days from 4 different phone numbers, to both my cell and home phone numbers. They asked for me by my first name. They all spoke in broken english and all claim to be from Missouri Solutions. They want to inspect my home for storm damage. They are aggressive and will not take no for an answer. The first couple times I politely declined and told them I am on the do not call list and to not call back. The last couple calls I began to ask questions. After I asked them their business address and phone number I got hung up on. I googled Missouri Solutions and there is no listing there that I could find of that even being an actual legitimate business.

For the past two weeks I have received calls from Missouri Solutions wanting to inspect my roof. They have my address, my phone number and my name, the calls come between 10:30 and 11:30. They say they have been inspecting roofs in the area and finding significant storm damage. They want to do an inspection the next day. The caller gives a phone number that is an user is busy recording and a non working website. One time when they called the caller stated they were Montana Solutions. The caller has also stated they are bonded and have an A+ rating from the BBB. I called several of the numbers back, most have full mail boxes or are no longer working. I did get an answer on one, it was a young lady telling her phone was hacked. She receives several calls a day from people very upset with her. So the callers are using hacked phones, most are t-mobile.

Within the past 5 days, I have received 2 phone calls from a man who speaks broken English and states he is from "Missouri Solutions" and states his company is inspecting roofs for hail damage on my street. On the first call, I stated that I was not interested and that I was on Missouri’s no-call list. The second call was today (5/23/16 10:15 am) – same guy calling from "Missouri Solutions" stating they were on my street today and would inspect my roof for free and he asked how old my roof is. I explained this is the second time he called and asked for the main phone number and corporate address of his organization. He started to argue with me stating "I am only calling to ask the age of your roof and this is a company and not an organization". His speech became slurred and he then hung up on me. This appears to be some type of scam – using a local Arnold phone exchange (636-296-xxxx). I called the number back – 636-296-7385 and only received a fax tone.
