I answered the phone, "Hello. A female said "Hello?" and paused. I said "Yes?" She said, " Hi, this is Monica. I just missed your phone call." I informed her that I did not call." We hung up. I traced her phone number to a "Raluca Ionescu". This may have been a scam to trick me into saying, "Yes" for scamming purposes.
