On November 14, 2017 I ordered a gift from this website as a Christmas gift for my daughter and I received a confirmation email from them. Approximately 30 minutes later I received a digital receipt from [email protected] for my item.
On December 19, 2017 I received an email asking me to review the product I had ordered. At this point I had not received my product and I emailed them requesting an update. I received a response from [email protected] with the tracking number and I tracked it on the USPS website. The tracking informed me that it was last seen in China and had shown no movement since November 19th. I emailed them to let them know that there was no movement and did not receive a response.
On January 2nd I sent another emailing asking for a response to my missing item. Again, they did not respond. I sent a 3rd email in January 12th and did not receive a response.
On January 21st I filed a claim for my missing package with the USPS.
On February 3rd I sent another request to more lifeshop for assistance with no response.
On February 20th I received a notification from the USPS that they had not located my package but would continue to look into it. On February 22nd I received a notification from the USPS that my request had expired and they were unable to locate it.
On March 3rd I sent yet another email, this time to the email address associated with my receipt, requesting assistance. I did not receive a response.
