Michael Eachus, the owner of this business is dishonest and a CROOK!!! He said he "needed to be paid upfront so he could purchase the supplies to do the job" ….we trusted him and paid him $4,700.00 and gave explicit instructions how we wanted the retaining wall built and that we wanted weed mat barrier put down along the topside (which we had pre-purchased). We returned to find the job UNFINISHED, with loose capstones (dangerous), no weed mat had been put down and he took our supplies with him so we couldn’t even finish it ourselves! After multiple times we tried to contact him by phone and he wouldn’t answer the phone, or any left messages. We finally reached him by calling him from another number and he acknowledged that he had left the job undone and said he would return to finish it. BUT HE DID NO SUCH THING!
We ended up having to finish it properly ourselves and lost money on this fraudulent character.
DEFINITELY LOOK ELSEWHERE for any landscaping needs, I would never recommend MOUNTAINCREST LANDSCAPE!
