MSB Capital Group contacted me via phone to settle a hospital bill that I received several years ago. They sent me a letter in my email stating they would settle for half of the debt. I called them to see if they had a website to pay online and he told me it was under construction. I spoke to someone named "Thomas Frank." They could not provide me with legitimate information.
