She will call and leave you a voicemail stating that she works for the processing department, and she has some really fantastic news about your federal student loans. It was really, really important that you call her back that very same day. She left me her phone number and gave me a reference number. However, I had already paid off my student loans and when I looked up the phone number it was listed as a residential number in California. So I did not call her back. Other posts stated that she was trying to scam people out of money. So beware that at first listen it sounds important. However, take your time and listen to everything she says carefully. She is just trying to convince you to give her money.
