Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I ordered shoes that were advertised to help correct bunions. But what I received was a flimsy, poorly constructed, unstable shoe. It’s also too wide and uncomfortable, which is the exact opposite of what was advertised. When I complained to the company about their false advertising they initially only offered 20% refund or full refund if I paid for shipping back to China (which costs more than the shoes). They then processed a 50% refund when I said that was unacceptable. I again complained that they are responsible for the return since they falsely advertised the product, and I’ve heard nothing since. The consumer should not bear the burden of a return for false advertising.
