On November 6, 2018, I purchased a West Point quilt for our spare bedroom. I inquired multiple times of the update on the shipping. The website looks legit, and has a tracking page for orders. My tracking states that it was picked up for shipment on Nov 20th, but here it is Jan 12th and I have yet to receive it. .Unfortunately I believe I was scammed. Please STAY AWAY FROM NANATHREAD.

Before Thanksgiving of this year I found a website selling quilts with unique designs. I decided to buy one for my parents and my in-laws for Christmas, and expected to have plenty of time for the quilt to be made and shipped. A few days ago (this being Christmas week), I went back onto their website to track the progress of the order, since I have not heard from them lately. There was what looked like a legit way to track the order. I clicked the link, supplied my order number and email address. The order said as of 12/5/18, "Your parcel has been handed over to the carrier. Once a tracking number has been assigned to your order, we’ll send you an email with all the details. Expected delivery time: 10 – 15 business days." I never received another email, so I reached out to customer support on Wednesday 12/19 with no response, so yesterday 12/20 I went back onto their website and reached out to customer support again. There was no phone number or address associated with the website, so I should have known I was being scammed. I did receive an email back from "Stella Mary" last night. The wording tipped me off, as if it was written in another language and translated to English. The website does look legit, and they even have a section for "Happy customers" with photographs. I suspect that the money I paid is lost, and I may need to cancel that credit card.
