On February 25th at 5:09 PM we received a call from 615-560-8313 from someone claiming to be "Marcus." Marcus stated he wanted to buy our house (unknown which one because we have two rentals as well). He stated he just drove by the property and still wants to buy it. Marcus never gave a name of the business, and stated the process would take five minutes. This was all on a voicemail; we never actually talked to someone until I called the number back myself. I first called the office number he said to call, and I got his (Marcus) desk voicemail at 615-560-8223. I didn’t leave a message but did also call the 8313 number listed above. After pressing option 2 I was connected with someone who claimed to be "Chris." Chris also never stated what business he was with until I told him I was looking into a potential scam. He then stated the business address was 615 Main St in East Nashville. When I asked Chris his last name he immediately hung up. attached is a low quality transcription of the voicemail.
