These [censored] on the 914 number called to tell me there is someone on the way to my house to serve me with a summons. Immediately I knew this was false and asked what this was regarding. They transferred me to the 888 720-9327, gave me a reference number and the moment someone picked up they said they were part of the legal department of National Alliance Services. (NEVER HEARD OF THEM)

They claimed I owed over 3,000 dollars to Wells Fargo, an account I closed, and cleared over 8 yrs ago.(FYI, I never owed wells Fargo this amount. I also knew what was on my credit report, so yes, this screamed scam)They said I could settle now, or go to court in front of a judge and settle this. The moment I said "Then take me court, because I know for a fact I don’t owe this", the cowards hung up. I called the 888-720-9327 number back and they refused to give me a website, or tell me what NAS is. And of course hung up on me. They had my recent address and the last 4 digits of my social security. SCAMMERS!

I was left a voice mail to contact a Shelly Thompson at NAS immediately to advoid further action. I called the number asked for her was told no one by that name works there and they don’t do out bound calls. The guy keep trying to get my last 4 digits of my social security number of course I wouldn’t

give it to him because he would not tell me what this was about and I needed him to verify the information he had.

He preceded to ask for my date of birth of course wouldn’t give that either.

Now he is getting agitated

won’t answering any of my question. He says if I don’t verify my information he couldn’t tell me what this call was about and he was going to hang up on me.

Guess what, I wouldn’t give him the information he hung up on me. I immediately called and googled the company. It felt like a scam.
