Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

July 7th I received a text message from someone in my contacts saying she won a cash lottery prize and so did I. Later that day and the next I received a call from a man that said I won $150000. Next, he said I had to pay $1200 for delivery and processing and I explained I could not pay that much then he lowered it to $700. I told him I did not have that much either. I realized this was a scam and told him that Satan was the father of lies and not to contact me anymore.

Type of a scam Phishing

Requesting my information as Full Name, Full Home Address, Age, Date of Birth, Married/Single, Phone Number, What I do for a living, Monthly Income, Mother’s Name, Father’s Name, if I want Cash or Check, Email Facebook, City. As I have not requesting a grant this seems like it would be a scam to me. This person is listed on facebook as Chief Executive Office at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services & General Manager at National Endowment for the Humanities. It states she live in Churubusco, Indiana. I got this on FB messenger from someone I know but the more information I got was unsure if this was a scam……
