Type of a scam Government Grant

I received a call from someone who said they were from the National Institute of health and human services. They said that I was selected as a good citizen to receive a free government grant of $14,566 that did not ever need to be repayed. Asked me my name, if I was married or single, if I had any dependants, state and zip code. I told them from the start that I was NOT giving them my bank account or credit card info. Told me I did not need to, that I could get cash. Told me to call another number with the guys name and I’d #. 1-240-258-7365. I called. Went to voice mail. I did not leave a message. About 5 minutes later someone from that number called me back saying they missed my call. Went thru same info as the guy in 1st call. Said only catch was that the money could not be used for anything illegal. Told me that I could have the money sent to me through Western union at my local walmart. Wanted me to stay on phone with him while I drove to walmart. He then said that I needed to give them $200 that would be added to my $14,566 so I would receive $14,766. I told him I thought it was a scam and why would I give them money for a free grant. He told me to do some research and call him back. If it seems to good to be true it usually is. Monday morning I will be calling the depth of health and human services but I’m sure they are going to tell me that it is a scam. I never gave them anything but my phone number, which they already had, the state i live in.They told me my email address. I did not give them my birthday or social security number. Hopefully they can’t do anything with the info that they have.
