I got a white postcard with black letters from National Pain Relief Center of Amsterdam on Friday. It says pre-sorted first class US 04101. Special Gift. Reward Certificate worth a thousand dollars. This is your personal reservation number. Representatives are standing by. Call 888-697-6780. You have been selected to participate in a free marijuana trial for men. I called them, and they asked for my debit card number. They took out the shipping and handling for $12 and an additional $184.00.
I am supposed to be getting on Hospice because I have less than six months to live. The lung doctor referred me to them a couple of weeks ago. I have to live on $745 a month.
