*** *** *** *** is a scam. I received the product and was doing more research. I received trial offer and was calling to cancel future orders. When you call the number provided on invoice enclosed with product. There is not an order number to cancel with. When you call 1-877-500-3402 they company states this is not their product and they cannot help you cancel your order or future shipments from being billed to your credit cards. All they state is to call your bank and cancel your credit card. I am currently is dispute with my bank over charges and trying to avoid additional charges being billed to credit card on file.

On 7/11/18 I attempted to purchase a free trial of eye anti-wrinkle serum, paying only $5.95 shipping cost from NeuActive through an online portal. However, I received anti-aging skin serum. After making my purchase, another pngage popped up trying to complete another sale, but I closed the page. Although disappointed that I didn’t get the product I desired, life is busy, so I did not return the unwanted skin cream. Today (8/22/18), I discovered that NeuActive/Thin Insanely charged me $89.50 two weeks after my original purchase. When I called the number listed on my credit card statement to inquire about it, they informed me I had signed up for a "subscription." When I asked the customer service representative what I had supposedly subscribed for, he evaded the question. In no way did I intend to enter into a subscription of any kind with NeuActive/Thin Insanely. FURTHER, NeuActive/Thin Insanely has provided NO product or services to me in exchange for the $89.50 they charged to my credit card. The customer service representative immediately ended the "subscription" at my request, but he refused my repeated requests to refund the $89.50 that was charged to my credit card on 7/25/18. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company and – after reading other reviews of this company – will have my credit card company block them from any further payments. NOTE: NeuActive is listed as "Thin Insanely" out of Texas on my credit card statement. No city is listed on my statement and I have been unable to find any information on this company (address, web address, web listing, etc.). Based on my web search, I believe they may be located in Duncanville, TX.
