Type of a scam Online Purchase
I completed what looked to be a legitimate survey from my telephone company and received a ‘free trial’ of skin care cream from this so called company. All I had to do was pay shipping. Well, they charged my credit card over $900 for product I never received. I had a heck of a time cancelling future delivery and charges, asked to speak to a supervisor repeatedly, threatened to call the ScamPulse.com and the police. They claim they’ve cancelled me and I’ve alerted my credit card company/bank. Note, my credit card statement says they’re based in AZ, but information elsewhere suggests they’re in CA.
