Type of a scam Online Purchase

I wanted to buy a service manual for a 1966, John Deere, JD400, industrial wheeled loader tractor. From an internet search I found a manual that could be purchased from newsmanuals.com for $19.99 USD. They are located in *** ***, Alabama, USA. I got a return e-mail reply from them that did not sound right because it had poor grammar and they did not answer my question about the shipping address. I used the phone number on their web site (***) and got a reply that the answering service was not connected. I tried to search the web for other peoples comments about newsmanuals.com and could not find any information.

Because I live in Canada I contacted the Canadian ScamPulse.com via e-mail for their advise. They gave me the information on how to contact the ScamPulse.com in Alabama, USA. I sent the Alabama ScamPulse.com an e-mail explaining the issue I have with newsmanuals.com. The ScamPulse.com in Alabama told me they tried to contact newsmanuals.com in Alabama and had no success. In the e-mail they said it looked like and acted like a typical scam company.

Because of the information I got from the Canadian and USA ScamPulse.com departments I did not make any purchase and am writing this report about the scammers to alert others who might run into newsmanuals.com.
