They offer you a free sample of their skin care product as long as you pay for the shipping so that they get your credit card info. What they don’t tell you is that by excepting their free sample you agree to receive future shipments of their product at full price unless you call them to cancel within fourteen days and all sales are final so no refunds.

The website encourages you to "act now" to get your free trial of a product, however, only under their terms and agreements do you realize that you are signing up for a recurring charge of $208.80 CAD after your "14-day trial" ends. Nowhere during the checkout process do they tell you this is a 14-day trial. I immediately called my credit card company to cancel my card because the phone number they provided did not lead to anyone ever picking up. I was not charged the $208.80, but the initial $3.99 CAD they ask to cover shipping & handling for your free sample.

I foolishly ordered a "free trial" sample from the following website: <span title="https://www.piop.net/tanya-kim-leave-breakfast-club-anti-aging-wrinkle-remover-skincare-business/

BEWARE there are multiple websites being used: skinbalancetoday.com and skinbillinghelp.com. Also different phone numbers: 855-269-7238.

I don’t even know if Tanya Kim has consented that her image and name is being used to attach to this "skincare line". I paid for the free trial (shipping paid only) but failed to see that I had to read the tiny Terms and Conditions stating that I had 14 days FROM the date of ordering to cancel, or else I would automatically be charged $150 USD/month until I cancelled the subscription.
