This company sent me a US Postal letter claiming they would be able to get me loan forgiveness with my Fed Loans. So in trusting them and not doing my research I paid them $799 upfront money to get this started. They sent me all types of congratulation emails and set me up with a $39.00 a month payment plan that they take out my account and said to ignore anything I saw come from Fed Loans because they were paying them. My bank accounts said Nexum Solutions every month for 39.00. After seeing an email from My Fed Loans saying they needed me to do my "Income driven repayment" I called and they said they never got anything from a company called Nexum Solutions. I told Fed Loans that they promised a 5 year forgiveness on my loan. They lady at Fed Loans said that’s a scam right there. If you work for the gov. you can get 10 year loan forgiveness and they will WORK with you based off your family income, even down to $0 a month if possible. Sad thing is I was already paying lower than $39.99 a month directly with Fed Loans but I thought 5 years sounded NICE!! Well I have now contacte my bank and closed my account. We need to unite and get a class action suit going because if they dont refund EVERY DIME we are going to have a bigger issue. My recommendation is STAY AWAY if you can!!!! and if you are a victim of this heinous crime please contact the attorney general’s office in your state. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!

After receiving a letter of correspondence in the mail in reference to Student Loan Forgiveness, I contacted the number on the letter. I was directed to *** *** with said "Nexum Solutions" or "Nexum Servicing" company. Mr. *** claimed to have completed an application for Public Service Loan Forgiveness on my behave, got me approved, and consolidated my multiple student loans into one for an upfront fee "consolidation fee" of $699. "Nexum Solutions" or "Nexum Servicing" then debited my checking account for the amount of $39 a month for a servicing fee. The service this company offers is something individuals can do for themselves for free.
