On their website the company, Idmino, states "Estimated delivery time 3-5 days" for this product. I ordered the product on Oct 31st, and sent the following email to [email protected] on Nov 06: "To whom it may concern. It was been almost a week since I have placed my order and payment has already been withdrawn from my account. Would you please let me know when to expect my order? At this point I am very suspicious about your company and not impressed by your delivery time or customer service (the phone was not answered when I called). The website stated "Estimated delivery time 3-5 days”. Any response would be greatly appreciated."
I received no response. Today Nov 15 I called the idmino.com phone number listed with the Better Business Bureau and an elderly woman answered that she has been getting a lot of these call but that this was not a company number. My account was charged through PayPal Nov 01. As of Nov 15 I have not received my order and consider this company fraudulent.
