Type of a scam Phishing

I bought 3 of their products and was told on site that I would receive a 15% discount. Then a page pops up stating that I didn’t complete my order and if I would click, I would get a discount. I went back to confirmation email and ask that my order be cancelled because there was more than just me confused in comments and I didn’t trust the company because of it. I received another email stating they gave me a 10% discount, couldn’t prove that it was 15% because that page couldn’t be found by me. Meanwhile, the confused customers still piled up in comments. I kept at them until they told me that it was a ‘glitch’ in their marketing. Others were saying they hadn’t received a discount, so not only did I comment the conversation I was having about the reason I couldn’t get my order cancelled, I was also telling others that didn’t get the discount promised to go back to confirmation email and ask for it. They began deleting my post. Had time to do that but still not fix the ‘we noticed you didn’t complete your order’ glitch. Ultimately, they blocked me from commenting at all. When I emailed telling them I was contacting BBB, they kept telling me their policy of delivery dates and returning the product. Had to tell them that I might actually like the product, I don’t know because I haven’t received it yet, but I was upset that they haven’t taken down the phishing/glitch that they had known about for at least 4 days now. Finally said it had been sent to marketing. Today I noticed that someone else had commented about the phishing scam and not 30 minutes later, their comment was deleted. Instead of fixing the problem, or even posting an explanation for the glitch, they just keep deleting the negative comments, thus allowing confused customers the chance to order again thinking they didn’t complete their order. Double ordering equals more money for them and a hassle to straighten out for the customers.
