Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

The business in question started showing up on my social media feed, touting the legitimacy of products provided by claiming thousands of reviews for their personalized jewelry.

I went onto their website that was linked from their Instagram account, and placed an order on May 2 and was immediately charged through Amazon Pay.

Since said transaction, I have contacted the company numerous times for an order status via email and through their Instagram account, with no answer. I have asked for a refund, and no answer either. Their website initially said orders take 10-20 days to process, it has been a month now.

I have no product and was fraudulently charged for personalized jewelry.
