Francis Ceballos from North American Awards Center keeps calling me to say that they represent Publishers Clearinghouse and I won something. In order to get prize, I need to send money order, $1500. They state that a certified check will then be sent via courier service. have told him to stop calling but it is now at point of harassment so I have stopped service to my cell phone. the number he gave to call him back is blocked, but then when I called blocked number, within minutes he calls back–I do not call now. he also had another person call saying she was with IRS and my prize winner status was legitimate.
