July 19, apply for loan with private lender, *** *** contacted me by phone and email, we negotiated for a loan of 15,000, I was asked for a security deposit of $100 for every $1,000. I signed a contract and they in turn sign the contract, I was asked to email the funds to [email protected] to someone called ***. Then *** got back to me by email stating that they needed a further $751+ for insurance in order to finalize with the lender. I asked for security deposit back, and was told that it will take 7-10 days to get it back from the lender’s "held in trust account", then *** disappears, and blocked me from calling 438-808-6330 – he Montreal number.
