Type of a scam Online Purchase
Came upon this website, not sure how. Either email or facebook. I bought Nouveau Eye cream and a face moisturizer. Was told they’d just charge me for shipping ($4.94 and $4.97). I get my credit card statement in June and they’ve charged me $4.94, $4.97, $84.97, and $89.94. I called them up and they told me I didn’t cancel in 14 days, so they charged me "full price" and they hoped "I liked the product so much I didn’t mind." I asked for a refund and they said they’d refund me half. The person I spoke to kept putting me on hold to "consult with others." Appeared on my statement as SSSkin Cream.
