This site advertised a garage door opener for a very reasonable price. My husband ordered it, his paypal account was charged. He emailed to ask about his order since it had been a while, they said it had been shipped. He asked again for a tracking number, none provided and no response to that request or any subsequent requests. He telephoned and the phone number is a nursing home, and so is the address on the site.
