I ordered a "free" trial of two Novara products. I received no email confirmation, though the customer care representative told me on the phone that they have my correct email address. I received the product approximately one week after ordering. I believe I ordered the product on March 17 and my invoice from the shipped box states the order date to be March 17. I was told on the phone that this was a 14 day trial, and while I called to cancel on March 30, I was not allowed to return the product for a refund. I have spoken with two different representatives on the phone. I asked both times for website information to verify the company policies for trial periods and refunds. The websites given were www.trynovaraskin.com and www.trynovaraeye.com. Neither website exists. There is a website, www.trynovara.com, but this website is for a different Novara product. This website does not give details for the guarantee policy, though it claims a 60 day money back guarantee. That website also has a ScamPulse.com accreditation claim that supposedly can be accessed by "clicking here", but nothing happens when one clicks on that area. This is the only website that has the name "novara" in it’s address. All other web searches are for outlets selling the products.
