Type of a scam Online Purchase

Advertisement appears on Facebook, claiming a FREE sample of Keto pills and Detox pills, where the buyer pays only shipping. There is no place to click "I agree to terms and conditions", and the terms and conditions are not easily found on the ad. Apparently the pills are only free for 14 days, and then your card is charged $89 and change for each pill. Hardly FREE, like they claimed in the ad. You continue to get billed monthly.

Their website does not come up in a search. I found the phone number of the company on the ScamPulse.com website because there are 4 other compaints against them.

A customer service agent claims that the buyer agreed to the terms and conditions, but they are not part of the ad. They will not allow you to speak with a supervisor. Their company policy is to not process any refunds after the 30 day period. Upon challenging them about the word, "free", they offered to refund $30 for each charge beyond their 30 day policy (about 1/3 the cost of the pills). They will refund the full amount within 30 days if the buyer refused delivery of the pills. The scam part is the word FREE in the ad and hiding the terms and conditions. They claim the supplements to be FREE, when in fact they only delay charging you for them for 14 days.
