Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

OBP Supersearch called our Executive Assistant and tried to sell her a listing in their publication in July 2017. She declined and advised me. The publication sent an invoice for $899.95 to our general info email address on September 28th, 2017. I called to advise that we did not order their service. On February 12th, 2018 they called our Executive Assistant and played her a recording of her confirming her name for them, demanding payment. She believed this recording to be edited to mis-represent what she had said. She told the caller that she declined the service. They advised that she ordered their service two years ago, had one free year then went into a paid year. Our executive assistant has worked for us less than a year so this is not possible. I called again on February 13th, 2018 and advised that we did not order their service. They insisted that we had. I advised that I would be reporting them to the ScamPulse.com and they advised that they would remove the invoice.
