Ohowoo

I fell prey to this scam company as well. I stupidly ordered 2 camp chairs for $125.97 on 5/12/20. Upon receiving my paypal receipt I saw the chinese writing and knew it was not going to end well for me. I am currently in a paypal dispute with them. Paypal should take more responsibility and screen out their vendors more carefully. I have sent the information to the Attorney General in Minnesota(where the “company” is supposedly located). I have since found many, many online companies linked to ohowoo – they have set up a bunch of scam online shops. I can’t believe they have been allowed to continue. I traced their warehouse back to a NY city location that is right beside a chinese imports business. Please go report Ohowoo to the FTC, any online fraud or scam site. Let’s get them shut down.

This online company posts items for sale. I ordered two camping chairs from them and they sent me extremely flimsy unusable chairs from China. When I emailed for a refund of my $162.98 they responded via email offering a partial refund of $15. I refused and contacted PayPal, which denied my claim. I would like others to avoid falling victim to this type of company.

I ordered a camp chair from this company and it never came. It’s been almost two months now and when I email them they say something really cryptic and weird that has nothing to do with the fact i never received the item – this last time they asked me to send a photo or video of what was wrong! I’m opening a paypal dispute to get my money back since clearly what I ordered is never coming.
