July 9, 2020 I ordered 2 Comfort Mask. The tracking # cannot be tracked. This purchase was thru Healthcare. Have tried to make contact with the
seller info and the contact info. I will wait until after August 9 to request a refund.

I bought a finger tip oximeter from onnrons.com on April 3, 2020. Although the web site claimed a 3-5 day delivery. The oximeter did not arrive until more than a month later. It appears that this company is from China. The worse part is the oximeter does not work. Called their 800 number which is not a working number. Sent them several emails got no response. Contacted Paypal and CitiBank credit card. They are colluding with onnrons. I got rip off $55.

It’s simply a fraudulent company. I ordered a Wireless Digital Finger Pulse Oximeter for US$36.98 on April 19. They confirmed the item was shipped on April 28. The tracking no they provided doesn’t work. I sent email couple of times, sent messages through their website, no response. Also tried to call their toll free number, it’s not working. I didn’t receive the item yet. I am thinking to cancel and get back my money from my Credit Card company. This company should be blacklisted, so they can’t cheat people further.

Geoffrey – Jul 03, 2020

Ordered one mask – $18.88 – total with shipping. One month and several emails later, it arrived. It fell apart in my hand. It was filthy. The vents fell off the mask and can’t be put back on. In the month of emails, they sent me 4 tracking numbers. Then they offered a 15% discount and I could keep the product. My financial institution has launched an investigation which will probably take about a month.
These are professional scammers, liars, and thieves, with no soul and no knowledge of what a human is supposed to be.

Charles – Jun 27, 2020

My order of 10 masks cost me $78.76 with the 30% discount. A week after they should have arrived, I began emailing them to cancel my order. Three emails later, they said my order was held up because of coronavirus “bottleneck”. Hah! And, since they claim to have shipped it, I could not cancel the order. Soooo, the masks finally arrived. And guess what? They are supposed to be “one size”, but if so, that size is petite women and I have a pretty big head! In light of all I’ve read here, I won’t bother to demand a refund.

Ivan – Jun 26, 2020

Onnrons got me for $28.87.,… Looked good, so I ordered my self a grey two port mask with ten filters plus the $8 plus shipping fee… Got a conformation e-mail showing me the Black one port face mask with ten replacement filters. I immediately try contacting them by e-mail and phone calls with no response for days… I asked them to correct my order or return my money. No big deal but the more I tried to get ahold of them, the more frustrated I got and my messages were losing the politeness.

By this time it was pretty obvious that they were NOT in the U.S. by the timing of the replies. more like 14-15 hours out from west coast time… hmmm..

When they did reply they said my order had been cancelled and my money would be refunded… it’s been 6 weeks now, I write them every week and they reply to me as “Dear” every freaking time and tell me it is still processing .please be patient… O.K. I get it, you stole my money and who knows what else. Why are these sites allowed to operate without impunity? Go Amazon instead. At least they refund your money or let you return your order. Onnron’s is a total scam. Be warned. …Andy C

May 25, 2020 order for 3 masks with cartridges with shipping $44.84
June 27, 2020 These have not yet been delivered . Coming from China only started shipping June 22.

Will contact Paypal and chargeback on credit card.

I found that Pay pal did not back me up on my losing transaction with Onnron.
Something is fishy with Pay pal and Onnron.

Chelsea – Jun 26, 2020

Do no EVER deal with this company, they are the worst I have EVER dealt with on the Internet. Ordered 3 face masks on 05/25/2020 for the total amount of $35.85 and the company refused to provide any sort of tracking. The package never arrived and contacted the company for a refund due to no package, like all Americans do not want to pay for nothing, not stupid. The company lies and sends bad answers to all the support emails, have received 6 different emails promising a refund that has never been received just like the package. Contacted Paypal and Paypal closed my claim in favor of this hokey company stating that the company had somehow miraculously provided some sort of hokey tracking showing the package had been delivered. Not sure who the package was delivered to, BUT not to me. Will NEVER use Paypal again, “SAFE” ? Hell no, NOT a safe way to pay for anything at all, they are also the worst, and will NOT back up their loyal customers. Have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau against Paypal, waiting for a response.

Hilary – Jun 25, 2020

I ordered an oximeter from Onnrons for $38 and paid with Paypal (thinking that I would be covered by their “supposed” consumer protection). Upon arrival, I tested the unit only to get repeated error messages with occasional readings. The few readings that I was able to get ranged wildly from 99% to 25% in totally random fashion all taken within a period of a few minutes.

Recognizing that this was totally invalid, I wrote to Onnrons to return this item for a full refund. That is when the stalling tactics began. At one point, they wanted me to take a video (!) of what was happening — a personal insult either (1) implying that I was lying or (2) that I was a complete [censored] on the usage of such a simple instrument as placing a finger into a slot!

When they stopped responding to my messages, I contacted Paypal to demand a full refund providing Paypal with a copy of all the communications between me and Onnrons.

Onnrons first response to Paypal was to offer me half of what I paid! I declined.
Their next response was for me to mail the product back to them. I was prepared to do that since the item originally was shipped from California (I still have the original package envelope). However, they insisted that I mail the product to China and they gave me an address totally in Chinese characters where the only text that I recognized was the word China. This shipment would have cost me more than what the item was worth.

I tried to get Paypal to understand that this was just another tactic from Onnrons to discourage me from returning the item. Unfortunately, the ONLY means of communicating with Paypal was through their preset computerized procedures and forms which, of course, could not process my particular problem.

In the end, I had to abandon the entire process and just to accept that I had been swindled out of $38 for an absolute piece of garbage.

I hope that this serves as a clear warning to anyone else who is thinking of dealing with Onnrons (and also with Paypal).

Casey – Jul 01, 2020

Pay pal also got me. They backed up Onnron with a fake tracking number.

Jodi – Jun 25, 2020

I ordered 2 masks on May 28th, today is June 24th. My masks supposedly shipped from Flushing, NY. I live in PA. Today my masks showed up in City of Industry, CA. Are you kidding me. These masks are coming from China. Their “Shipping Partner” HJ Express must have a mail box in Flushing, NY but the freight is coming out of China to CA. At least the USPS has my package. I have some confidence they will eventually arrive.

Rebekah – Jun 24, 2020

Ordered 3 masks and it’s been almost two weeks. Nothing ever shipped out. Will be filing a claim with bank tomorrow to get my money back

Scott – Jun 25, 2020

Did you order from tesyhnet?

Angelica – Jun 20, 2020

Order 2 makes on June 8th. No masks and no response from my emails. I believe they are a scam. beware

Randi – Jun 20, 2020

I ordered masks from Onnrons. I did get a tracking number but for wrong delivery site which did not work. It took a while (3 weeks) for me to receive my order. It was shipped through Post Office and I found that it sat in a NJ postal center for 5 days. My order was complete and was what I ordered..

Ordered breathable face mask , contacted via phone to cancel order which they didn’t cancel. Then received bogus tracking number from Onnrons via email shipment via Flushing, NY. Per USPS there is no record of tracking number or items, but tracking number states USPS is waiting to receive items. I have not received my paid order and can no longer reach Onnrons via phone contact the line simply hangs up or display busy signal. Please take this website off the internet because my elderly parents, those with breathing conditions, and others order these face masks in hopes of making a difficult time more bearable. Thank you

A waste of money!

Gary – Jun 16, 2020

1. When I ordered the pulse oximeter on April 24, 2020, Onnrons replied, “Hi, we’re getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent.” However, it FAILED TO NOTIFY ME until AFTER I contacted them more than a month later on May 26 to cancel my order.

2. The “About Us” section of Onnrons’ website states, “We provide two kind of shipping method: standard shipping (7-10 days) and expetise shipping (3-5 days), which is to make sure that you can get what need in a fast way and at a reasonable cost.” But the item was NOT shipped in 7-10 days as promised. It was in fact shipped more than a month later, AFTER I cancelled my order.

3. Onnrons Cancellation Policy states that, “If you order our item and for some reasons that you may want to cancel the order, it is OK that you can send your request to us via Email: [email protected], If the parcel has not been shipped, we will cancel your order and refund you.” I cancelled the order before it was shipped and requested a refund, which Onnrons refused by falsely stating that it had already shipped.

4. Despite my email to them on May 26 saying, “I want this order cancelled immediately and the amount charged to my credit card refunded without delay. DO NOT send the product to me at this point,” Onnrons sent it to me anyway. It arrived on May 29.

5. The pulse oximeter I received from Onnrons DID NOT WORK AT ALL after I installed two new AAA batteries per instructions. Yet, Onnrons has refused to pay the shipping cost of returning its defective product to China, and has refused a full refund.

6. Here is Onnrons’ response today (June 16, 2020):
“Hi
We’re bummed that you’re not satisfied with the items you received.
Apologize for the unhappy and the inconvenience caused.
But the returning address is in China. It is expensive to ship oversea.
How about refund 15%? And you can keep the item.”

This is totally unacceptable. Onnrons should not be allowed to do business on the web.
