I signed up for help with this company 2 and half years ago. I paid them for their services and for two years I have to beg and plead for some kind of update on my case. I get a generic response from some guy named James Grant. Every other person I spoke to has left the company. The director and underwriter do not answer emails or voicemails. Calling goes straight to voicemail and no response to voicemail. It’s been two years and my credit is destroyed and I can’t get a response. Don’t give these people your information. They take advantage of people with student load debt. They try to take out loans in your name without your permission. This company is fraudulent to the core, promises to help but makes you pay UP FRONT. BIG RED FLAG! Do not give them your money!!!

They called me claiming I was eligible for a government-funded student loan forgiveness program. I gave them all my personal information, including my debit card for automatic payments. They claimed I would make payments of $99.99/mo for 24 months and after 24 months my remaining debt would be forgiven. Since I signed the agreement (which was sent as a DocuSign via email) I have not been able to contact them. All their phones have been disconnected and all the email addresses I can find return with an error message. They continue to make automatic payments of $99.99 from my account every month despite my multiple attempts to request the payments cease. I have been trying to contact them and stop the payments for 3 months now with no success. I am now working with my bank to cancel my card and receive a new card in an attempt to stop the payments.
