I ordered a cat toy on November 5th, 2019. Have yet to receive it. Also no way to contact anyone. Wrote name of company on calendar and only company that has that name “Our Home Awards” is a company that makes awards!
Terrible that we can be ripped off like this!

I also got scammed on 3rd November. Saw a Facebook ad, they also had a facebook page and a website. Thought they were a legitimate business! No reply to numerous e-mails and Facebook messages.
Ordered an interactive Mouse pounce for my cat for Christmas. Order # 21461. I have not received it since Nov 10, 2019. Now when I go on people are saying this is a big scam. I’m glad I didn’t lose too much. This is disheartening. Unless you deal with a reputable seller or through Paypal you don’t have a chance to recover your money.This isn’t right. How do we stop them.?

Found ad on my Facebook feed and it led me to ourhomeawards.com. I ordered Car Adventure Game – Free Shipping Worldwide for $9.91 and I haven’t had any communication about the status of my purchase for many weeks. Tried to use website but it is no longer working.

I ordered something in October is January I still haven’t received it I replied to the e-mail they left me numerous times and nothing not one reply this is a total scam thank Lee it was only $20!

I ordered 3stunt cars from our home awards. One red in one order, and 2 blue in another. I received 2 emails stating they were shipped on November 4th. I went to check the status of the packages (tracking) on December 6, and the website is not working. There is no way to contact them. I emailed the email address that was on my shipping notification but didn’t receive any response.

Found ad on my Facebook feed and it led me to ourhomeawards.com. I ordered something for $19.98 and I haven’t had any communication about the status of my purchase for many weeks. I returned to the website and found out the company is in China. Shipping was supposed to take 15 to 20 days to the US. Knowing now that this business is not located in the USA makes me think I would lose my $19.98 because there is no ScamPulse.com in China. I thought I paid them with my debit card, but the company used a payment system called UVIBA, which I never heard of. Anyways, I will talk to my bank to apply for a chargeback in case I’ve been defrauded.
