Placed an online order with this company on 9/26/19. I called them the following business day and they told me the order shipped. We never received the order, so I tried to get ahold of them but the phone goes to voicemail. I’ve left at least 5 voicemails and sent numerous requests via the contact form on their website. Nobody has contacted me back and I can’t get through to talk to anyone. We were charged for the items, but haven’t received any of the goods.
