Our business has used QuickBooks, as our accounting program, for 5 years, with a monthly subscription. One morning our QBO would not allow us to log in. It showed a Gateway 502 error. I needed to Google QuickBooks contact number, because I couldn’t even get to my contacts. I Googled "QuickBooks", but, was routed to a number, on a site that looked like QBO. I called and spoke to a male operator "Jason". Jason informed me that our QBO was suspended because monthly subscriptions were not longer available. He said that I should have received an e-mail, and that QBO tried calling 3 times to confirm that we are aware that annual subscriptions were the only way to continue with our accounting program. I was told that I had to pay for the annual subscription for QBO & Payroll services, immediately($1,440.00). I had to e-mail the check paying for a whole year, he requested that I mail a check to 4528 Lone Grove Lnae Plano, TX 75093. Jason said that paying for the year up front, allows for 6 additional months, for free. This company is NOT QuickBooks and has no control of how our services are supported through QBO/Intuit. I put a stop payment on our check. Jason has tried calling several times.
