I found a site that sold a quilt of my favorite band. I’d never seen it before so I ordered it on July 7th, 2020. They did send me an email and an order number that I can track on the site that same day. I was also notified by my bank that they double charged me, but that was soon fixed. It was concerning, but understandable. It’s been in the processing stage all this time. Now it’s been 19 days since my purchase and no updates at all. I’ve contacted them twice with no reply. I’ve read through all of the site and now have seen concerns with certain spelling errors on important information. I’m worried now that they have my information and credit card number. I have kept in mind the hard time the world is going through and have been understanding with the long wait. That being said I would had hoped if they were a real company they would have reached out to me by now.
