May 13, 2020 I ordered 10 piece rotary blades package and got a tracking number that never changed beginning May 26, so I finally contacted seller only to be told it must be lost in transit and they would not refund money but to keep checking the tracking number for updates (which I had been doing or over a month) and asked me not to file a complaint. Contacted them again on July 22 & 28th and no new status and same old story. Finally I read reviews and contacted the Better Business Bureau. Probably have lost my money. Reordered from another company and received them the next day
I know they are doing nothing to resolve my issue.
DO NOT order from this company !

Ordered fabric in April 11, 2020. It is now June 25, 2020. I have not received my order although they received my order. I have emailed several times with no response. Today I am taking steps to correct this. I will be filing a fraud complaint with my bank. I am also notifying Facebook as this is where I first became aware of Quilters Deals. My final step will be to notify the Computer Crimes Division of my local, county and State Police Department. BEWARE.

I ordered two fabric bundles the end of march or first part of april and I paid $28 I never received my fabric and I have been emailing them with no respond. im sure I have emailed them about 15 times and still no response, I hope someone can do something about this matter. Thank you!

Ordered fabric online . Said it was US company in Wyoming . Sent a tracking email . Comes from Hong Kong . Update never changes . Still in progress it states . Been over a month . Sent emails and no response. Paid through PayPal $24.

I ordered fabric from Quilters Deals…and they said package shipped, they give a bogus tracking number… please don’t order from this company…they charged me three times on my credit card… It should of only had two.
