Ordered a Monster Jam comforter from this website back on April 18th with a promise of a 3 – 5 business day processing and shipping. Contacted them on April 27th with an update since they never provided one. Understanding with the whole COVID issue that maybe their a little behind with shipping and such. Got a response back on the 28th with a tracking number with an explanation that the website they use to track packages was having issues and would supply another update. No update was given. Emailed them back on May 4th telling them that the tracking number provided was invalid and that if I didn’t get an update that I will be filing a fraud complaint with PayPal. Checked their website today (May 6th) and now it is nowhere to be found as you get a 404 error. Beware of this online scammer. Don’t buy from them and if you have an haven’t received your items, file a complaint here and also with the card or PayPal that you used to pay.

I ordered a king size Alice in Wonderland quilt. They confirmed my payment, even gave me a tracking number. I reached out after 2 weeks to check the status of my order. They informed me my order was shipped and staged at the USPS center. I contacted USPS, they had no such order and informed me my tracking number (provided by Quiltsus.com) was invalid. I have contacted Quiltsus.com multiple times after the initial contact and have yet to receive a response. Their website shuts down multiple times a day, mostly at night. No product nor refund was given.

Company sells various quilts and comforter sets. Came across them when I was doing a Google search for Fortnite bedding. Placed 2 orders, was sent a confirmation for the orders and advised I would receive in 5 business days. After 5 business days I went back to their site it was down for 2 days, I sent emails to the contact email listed as [email protected] I have never received any replies. The address they list at the bottom of the site, is listed on Zillow as a vacant property for sale. I have never received the products ordered.
