Unsolicited call to mobile phone from”Henry Cooper” (sounded male, young, Asian (Vietnamese?)) his number showed as (202) 827-5937, Washington DC. He claimed to be from U S Dept of Grants. Claims that as a citizen with a good history and record with the government am eligible to receive $9,300. He gave me authorization code A0175 and said to call (315) 544-0753 to make arrangements for delivery of money. 3 choices were western union, bank account or bank credit/debit card. I provided no such info nor any money. Reported call to FTC
