I received numerous calls from UCRB and they claimed I had a debt and they were attempting to collect. I called the company I owned the debt to and the informed they did not use that company. Mr. Larkin was very persistent, rude, and called numerous times a day sometimes repeatedly after hanging up. He threatened to file court paperwork as well if debt was not paid.
