Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
It is my guess that this is likely a scam run out of the western suburbs of Minneapolis by a guy who appears to have been arrested recently in Iowa. See this article from Ames Tribune in Iowa.

The guy running this business is named Bruno Kuete and he has been emailing University of Minnesota students and states he is a graduate student at the University of Minnesota and runs a textbook buy-back and re-sell business. His website allows you to purchase books. I did not buy any books, but almost did and I think it is a scam.
