An email was received which I believe to be fishing for personal information and/or credit and debit card information. The email stated that we had signed up for a limited benefit plan to help save money on health care needs. Neither I nor this family member signed up for this plan. We called our health insurance and they do not work with this company. The email prompts us to go online and fill out the necessary details to finish enrolling and log in and create a login and password. It also states we have access to a free 30 day trial.
