I purchased a shirt for my husband for Fathers Day, but unfortunately needed to exchange the item. I contacted the company and they asked that I send it back and the replacement would be shipped. The original order was placed in June and to date I have yet to receive the replacement. I have called and sent numerous emails but to no avail. I called once again today and the person put me in hold for 30 minutes before hanging up. My prayers are that no one will experience this type of treatment in the future.

I order merchandise for the company which was suppose to be a box of merchandise per month for a fee of $47.00. They have taken that amount of money from my credit card since May, 2018 and I have only received one box of unsatisfied good. I contacted them in that regards and they were to get back to me in 24-48 hours. I got one response stating to send them picture of the merchandise and I have heard from them since that email/text. I have sent emails and that have been returned undelivered! I have called. left messages on a daily basis and there is no answer and no response. They have been sending me daily emails about their sales and I have sent a response but still no answer.
