Type of a scam Moving
about 2 months ago we contacted this company about transporting a vehicle from Georgia to California and they gave us a quote. We decided to go with them. we had some great conversation up until this last weekend. We got a confirmation confirming that our car would be picked up on Monday March 5,2017 and that we would hear from a driver soon. After a couple hours we called them back and they said that there was mechanical issues and they didn’t have a driver but we would know more in a couple hours so we called back and they said that weather was causing a delay which is impossible since it was a bright sunny day. After that we kept calling to figure out what was happening but they would answer and just hang up right away. We called on different numbers and the gentleman answered those and when he herd who I was he would hang up. I called which he has never talked to me and I asked for a supervisor or manager or owner and he would not let me talk to them and insisted that he can help me. when I told him who I was and the reason the car HAD to be picked up today and not another day he sad there was no way that they can pick it up today because he was leaving for the day. He said he would call me in the morning and get in contact with his dispatcher and superior on it in the morning. Every time I tried to get things figured out he said that the price they were charging us was low like he was trying to get more money out of us to make it go faster. it has been very unprofessional and a scam.
