I purchased a dog through White Charm Samoyeds (whitecharmsamoyeds.com). She was to be shipped through United Express Shippers. They asked for 1,925 for the electronic carrier required by the airlines. They then conveniently missed the flight and asked for money to keep her over night. They then asked for 3,000 for an assurance deposit. I called the breeder, White Charm, who informed me that this is legitimate. I sent the wire. Then they contacted me to tell me the dog’s health certificate was out of date. I contacted the breeder who said he would take care of it. They both then disappeared and did not respond to any of my calls or emails.
