Type of a scam Phishing

Dear Director Personnel:

I have been a victim of fraud committed by United in Uniform Rewards For Heroes Media www.unitedinuniform.com This organization is located in 8815 Conroy Windermere Road (Suite # 538) Orlando Florida 32835 United States. Their contact number is 1-407-374-2063.

Both my husband and I are Doctors in Peru where we reside. We also own a timeshare property in Westgate Resort, Orlando. We have a membership with Interval International which allows us use more than 48 weeks of accommodations including hotels and resorts throughout the world for $200.00 per week.

In June 2015, I was contacted by Dayana Ford with REWARD for HEROES MEDIA (RFH MEDIA). She advised me they could rent out my weekly membership benefits with Interval International. I was promised rental income of $2200 per week for my 48 week membership with Interval International. I was promised income revenue totaling $96,000 for the 48 weeks. All I had to do was pay an up-front fee of $9,600 which was the sum of my Interval International benefit fee of $200 per week for the 48 weeks being rented.

Based on the terms both my spouse and I accepted their offer and signed the agreement. (Please Refer to attached agreement 1)

Statement of payment for $ 9600 payment.

$ 2,000 August 8, 2015

$ 2,000 August 12, 2015

$ 2,000 August 20, 2015

$ 2,000 August 25, 2015

$1600 dollars September 05 2015

The agreement listed my authorized reoccurring payments debiting my credit card totaling $9600.

(Please see attached receipt1).

On October, I was contacted by Dayana Ford to inform they had good news and were ready to transfer the rental income of $96,000 into my account. She said I needed to first pay them $ 5,280 leasing fees by bank wire transfer.

Although it came as a surprise, I was assured it was a one-time fee before $96,000 could be transferred into my account. I was assured they were legitimate organization with a solid Wells Fargo relationship.

Therefore, On October 7, 2015 I wired $2,100 and on October 22, 2015 the remaining $ 3,180 into their Wells Fargo Bank account. (Please see receipt of payment 2 a&b)

After wiring the money, I did not hear back from them. After weeks of numerous unsuccessful attempts I finally was able to get through in December. Dayana Ford was no longer with the company so Rodrigo Madarriaga from accounts department was handling my account. He informed the $96,000 they were holding was due to a $3,000 tax fee they had to collect immediately from me. He claimed the wire payment for $96,000 was in transit and I would see it in my account by December 24 at 11am. He then managed to convince me not to worry it was all a legitimate process reported through Wells Fargo Bank. I wired $3,000 on December 23rd to their Wells Fargo account. (Please see attached payment instructions 2) & (email with payment instructions)

Again, I did not hear back. After numerous and desperate attempts to connect, I finally reached Rodrigo Madarriaga. He once again claimed I owed more money. The $96,000 they kept holding was due to another tax fee he forgot to mention for $2,500. I realized they were not going to stop until they managed to drain all my money.

I then contacted Interval International to verify if my benefits were ever rented. Interval International confirmed it was never rented. (Please see attached email).

Sincerely,

***.  ***
