Got a call from united restitution from the state of ct at 8602658622 stating that I have two complaints against me in civil court and that he is filing papers with my place of business to serve me at work I have been getting these for over a year but now they are becoming aggressive and tell me that the telephone call is my official notice my original call told me I could settle the debt for a fraction of the debt which I don’t have they leave a number which changes 18775261761
