Door to door sales claiming to be a care package drive for members of the military. I received a receipt stating that the company is not a non-profit company and is "clearing care packages through United Sales and Support." The receipt did not include a notice of cancellation form (to cancel the transaction within 3 business days). It also did not include any way of contacting the company – no phone number, website, etc. Company does not have a web presence beyond a small facebook page.
