My roommate is disabled and I am making this call for her. She is receiving many technical support phone calls. Caller stated they were with United States Computer Care. They have been calling for about eight weeks. Said her computer has been hacked. Would cost $499.00 for a diagnostic. They lowered the price to $199.00 They wanted her debit card number. She gave no information. She paid no money. The name and number on the caller ID is Kenneth D Brown 304-743-8823. He also gave phone number 877-650-5443.
